OUR PROCESS
Phase 1: Initial Consult
All projects begin with an initial meeting. Matt and Rachael get to know you and your family's needs, and discuss the scope of your project. This is typically a one to two hour session where we measure the space, discuss options for layout, overall aesthetics, and what is important to you.
Phase 2: Design and Presentation
Rachael will design all aspects of your project including details such as millwork, cabinetry, furniture, lighting plans, colour palettes, and furniture selections. All designs are provided in plan view, and are fully rendered in 3D.
You will have a "designer day" where Rachael will accompany you to a few of our suppliers to help choose different materials and finishes required for your project. This usually includes choosing countertop materials, wall and floor coverings, and final colour choices for the space.
Matt will work directly with our sub trades to figure out all of the infrastructure for the project, as well as sourcing all materials required.
Phase 3: Construction and Installation
The building process has many moving parts and can be very stressful. We are experts in project management, and have a great working relationship with our sub trades. Rest assured, your project is in experienced hands and will be completed in a timely and professional manner.
